Since graduating from Cornish College of the Arts in 1997 Ray has been actively working in Seattle area theatres.  He has worked at Seattle Shakespeare Company, Book-it! Repertory, Wooden-O, ACT Theatre, Bridges International Repertory, New City Theatre, Seattle Repertory Theatre, and Intiman Theatre.  Some of his favorite roles include Orsino (TWELFTH NIGHT), Stephen Blackpool (HARD TIMES), and Petruchio (TAMING OF THE SHREW).
